• [Conditional("JETBRAINS_ANNOTATIONS")] attribute was removed from all annotation types, so the assembly reference to JetBrains.Annotation.dll is no longer automatically removed by the C# compiler. You can no longer safely use PrivateAssets="All" for package reference to JetBrains.Annotations.
